Our Story

The Wonton Project is a popup concept born out of High Street Hospitality Group's love for handmade things. Every wonton is folded to order — plump, generous, and made to be eaten immediately.

We set up shop at High Street Philly on 9th Street, slinging wontons for pickup or delivery. No fuss. Just dumplings done right.
